1st of March.. Last Year...

Ah yes.. I remember the day when I started my first day of internship last year.. It was something that its worth remembering.. hehe.. 6 months later.. it ended and the experience was 'the best lah'.. i mean doing 6 months of internship in auditing, accounts, tax etc..etc.. was truly 'daebak' for me.. it gives you a glimpse of how the industry works.. which I really find it really 'tiring'... nevertheless.. I did made a post about my 'experience' on my first day of intern... (^_^)...

15 February 1942: The Fall of Singapore

Lt Gen. Arthur Percival, led by a Japanese officer, walks under a flag of truce to negotiate the capitulation of Allied forces in Singapore, on 15 February 1942. It was the largest surrender of British-led forces in history.

The Battle of Singapore was fought in the South-East Asian theatre of the Second World War when the Empire of Japan invaded the Allied stronghold of Singapore. Singapore was the major British military base in Southeast Asia and nicknamed the "Gibraltar of the East". The fighting in Singapore lasted from 8–15 February 1942.

It resulted in the fall of Singapore to the Japanese, and the largest surrender of British-led military personnel in history. About 80,000 British, Indian and Australian troops became prisoners of war, joining 50,000 taken by the Japanese in the Malayan Campaign. British Prime Minister Winston Churchill called the ignominious fall of Singapore to the Japanese the "worst disaster" and "largest capitulation" in British history. In just seven days, Singapore, the "Impregnable Fortress", had fallen.

K-Pop 2011 [Part 5]

Next, we move on to solo artists, starting with, the women. Though what it seems the current korean music industry trend been dominating by groups, there are those solo artists that has that 'wow' factor standing alone. Bear in mind that, being a solo artist is much harder because the center of attention is on you alone. So, you can't afford to make mistakes. Some solo artists take part in contributing OST's for dramas or movies. Mind you, compared to groups, you can evaluate how well their voices are. It's a unique element that distinguishes from others that 'Oh, this must be...'... And so, here are the those that make it into my 'list'...
