Desa IT 2009 Sarawak [#11]: Sukan-Aneka

So..petang tu.. ade sukaneka.. kat padang.. unfortunately.. because I went to naik bot ronda2 kat sungai sblm tu.. aku datang agak lambat.. by the time aku sampai.. dah start dah.. so.. bile ckp pasal sukaneka ni.. biasela.. ade permainan2 utk budak2.. utk org dewasa pun ade gak.. but mostly.. utk budak2 mcm2 ade.. judging from the picture that I have.. permainan2 yg ade utk budak2 mase tu makan epal gantung, lari ikat tali kat kaki.. pastu cari gula dlm tepung and so on.. and then ade jugak permainan ‘lontar kasih sambutlah sayang’.. yg ni kene main berpasangan… sorang akan berdiri.. lagi sorang akan berdiri lebih kurang jauh 3 meter gitu.. pastu makin lame makin ke belakang.. and then kene baling belon ke udara.. sorang baling..sorang lagi akan tangkap.. begitulah seterusnya sampai belon pecah..

And then ade tarik tali.. kali ni aku dapat join.. yeah!!.. yela..terase dah lame tak main tarik tali.. mule2 kaum perempuan main dulu.. pastu baru kaum lelaki.. the funny thing is.. bile kami tgh tarik tu.. tali terputus!.. mmg agak kelakar gakla.. turns out.. rupenye tali tu tak cukup tebal.. nipis je tgk.. agaknye kaum lelaki ni kuat sgt..tu yg terputus tuh.. hehe..

Nevertheless.. that was the climax.. sebelum bersurai ade sesi penyampaian hamper dan hadiah kpd pemenang2.. after that we all went home.. and then siap2 utk malam kebudayaan pd malam tu..

Desa IT 2009 Sarawak [#10]: Cry Me A River

After I had my lunch.. sorang member aku ni ajak dtg ke umah die menetap.. klu ikut tentatif.. ptg nanti akan ade sukaneka..dan malamnye lak ade malam kebudayaan.. so..sape2 yg terlibat tu tgh buat preparation lah mase tu.. so.. kami yg takde ape2 ni lepak2 jela.. nevertheless.. aku pun pi ke umah die.. tempatnye tu agak jauh di penghujung.. katenye die ajak nak naik bot.. jalan2 kat sungai Sarawak tu.. (klu tak silap aku sungai Sarawak..) memandangkan kedudukan geografi kampung tu di tepi sungai (muara..)..so..family member aku ni mc made botlah.. tak sure lah family angkat die ke.. kenalan die ke.. org dah ajak..aku pun pegi la.. so..kami pi bertige.. salah sorangnye tu foreigner (pak arab).. dan sorang budak.. (adik angkat member aku rasenye kot).. so we head on to the main stream .. and I was amazed on how wide the river is.. I do feel a bit nervous though.. mane tau kan tibe2 karam ke ape.. tapi..dalam hati kate harap2 takde apela..

So..we went on along the river.. our destination was Goebilt.. which was another kampung which took around 30 minutes to ‘drive’ there.. kampung tu pun ade jetinye jugak.. tapi tak turun lah.. just lalu je.. pastu patah balik.. I was told that kalau nak pegi bandar Kuching naik bot lalu sungai tu pun boleh.. cumenye maybe rase lame la kot.. tu je.. anyways.. along the way.. there were many ships.. huge ships. So..it made me think that the river is very deep.. and then we came across this one factory.. nampak mcm kilang arang .. I’m not quite sure actually.. maybe its ‘bitumen’ or what they call it.. the small black-rocks which use for ‘tar-ring’ the road....there we can see how they transport the coal from the ship to the factory using this huge conveyer belts.. after a while we went back.. and get ready for sukaneka…

Desa IT 2009 Sarawak [#9]: Gotong-Royong-Raya

So.. the next day.. I woke up in the morning.. had breakfast and head on to the dewan.. they said that this morning ade gotong royong sekitar kampung.. disebabkan ia berlaku pd hari bekerja.. so..tak ramai org2 kampung dpt turut serta.. lagipun tgh2 hari.. panas terik.. huhu.. so.. kami dipecahkan kpd 3 kumpulan.. satu kumpulan ke hujung kampung.. dekat2 kawasan dekat ngan jeti.. satu dekat sekitar dewan utama.. dan lagi satu pegi sekitar kawasan 'umah atas air'.. pernah tgk org punye rumah atas air?? haaa.. pd sape2 yg tak pernah merase.. seram jugakla mule2 nak lalu atas 'titi' tu.. memangla klu ikutkan kayu tu kebanyakan nye klu dah lame2 tu dah diganti ngan baru.. tapi.. masalahnye lebar jalan titi tu.. klu bwk motor.. lebih kurang lebar motor tu.. pastu adela tambah sikit ruang.. so..agak mencabar lah.. tingginye titi tu dengan 'lantai' adela dlm 3 - 4 meter.. bile air surut..nampakla lumpur atau dasarnyelah semua.. bile air pasang ..nampaklah airnye..

Desa IT 2009 Sarawak [#8]: RELA vs MMU

So..selepas aku lepak2 kat makmal skola utk bengkel IT..petang tu kami berkumpul kat padang besar.. padang tu kat sebelah skola rendah tu je.. and depan dewan.. so.. petang tu ade friendly match.. budak2 MMU All Stars (hehe) lawan ngan org kampung.. kami diberi jersi warna ungu-biru.. pihak lawan lak pakai jersi warna merah.. I wore the number 11 jersey.. kononnye nak jadi mcm Ryan Giggs la kan.. (haha..).. so.. aku main utk first half.. and then substituted in the second half.. bagi org lain lak main.. the final result - org kampung menang.. huhu.. yela.. mane taknye.. klu main PES ke.. FIFA ke.. leh la kot menang.. tapi ni.. main bola padang.. mane taknye.. anyways.. it was fun.. and after the match we went back home..

And then that night.. kami ke surau (masjid) lagi.. ade ceramah lagi.. tapi kali ni ade jemputan ustad dr luar lah.. lepas abis ceramah-solat isyak.. ade moreh sikit.. and then balik umah.. terase keletihan main bola ptg td kan.. zzzZZzz~..

Pocoyo

Pocoyo.. (the C pronounced as a 'K').. is one of the animated-cartoons that I really find interesting.. hehe.. Its more like an educational program for children.. but what really fascinates me is the characters and the animation itself.. I could say I'm an 'anima-thusiast'.. I like to see animation stuff-so-to-speak... (^_^).. So..for those yg rase2nye nak tgk.. kalau tak silap ade kat TV3.. not really sure what time (but in the morning though).. and day.. aku rase weekdays ade la kot..

Desa IT 2009 Sarawak [#7]: Kenduri Tengah Hari

[25 Mac 2009]

The next day.. I woke up quite late that morning.. so.. after hearing yesterday's briefing.. tgh hari arini semua kene ke dewan.. sbb ade kenduri.. dalam erti kate lain.. gotong-royonglah kan.. so..lepas siap2 tu.. berjalanlah aku ngan housemate aku ke dewan.. nasib la dewan tu x jauh mane.. tak sampai 5 minit pun... so..sampai dewan.. adela jugak yg belum sampai lagi.. what we do is.. kami susun2 meja.. kerusi.. lepas tu di sebelah dewan tu tgk org masak.. so..sementare menuggu makanan siap di masak.. ade majlis cukur jambul.. salah sorang pesertanye family nak buat mase tu.. so..sambil2 tu kami tgklah majlis tu kat dlm dewan tu jugak.. right around tgh hari barulah makanan sumer siap dimasak.. pastu makan ramai2.. macam kenduri lah.. kebanyakan yg hadir kaum ibu.. ada juga kaum bapa.. cumenye.. yelah.. ade yg keje.. so..takdela kate satu kampung turun.. mane yg ade jelah..

Desa IT 2009 Sarawak [#6]: Jalan - Jalan

So..after a day at the school.. we went back home.. but before I even get home.. a friend of mine ajakla beberape2 org pegi ke bandar Kuching.. pikir2.. why not la kan.. walaupun balik nanti mmg akan singgah.. but..what the heck.. so..aku pun ikut.. our destination was the Waterfront.. one of the popular place in whole of Kuching where we can siew the view of the river.. like any waterfront la.. hehe..so.. we just walk around the place..lepak2.. amik gamba ..menikmati pemandangan petang... and then dlm lepas maghrib balik..

Desa IT 2009 Sarawak [#5]: Sekolah Oh Sekolah

"Aih nizam... dah buang tebiat ke ape?.. bukan tahun lepas ke ko gi sarawak nih?.. baru skrg nak post?"... Ehem..ehem.. kepada pembaca2 budiman sekalian.. (hehe).. memang betul aku pergi ke program Desa It ke sarawak ni taun lepas.. dan last aku post ttg 'pengembaraan' aku di sana was way back pd bulan 4 taun 2009... [Desa IT 2009 Sarawak [#4]: Opening Ceremony]... iaitu taun lepas lah.. actually.. citenye.. kat umah.. adela kat rak buku aku ni.. ntah camne..aku terjumpa satu notepad lah..yg aku tulis atau catat aktiviti2 yg aku buat kat sane.. yela.. klu tak tulis..manela nak igt.. so then.. tambah lak skrg ni dah start cuti.. timbul lak rase nak sambung cite.. tu je.. phew~.. saje nak menyambungkan cerite.. Sad Movie

Word of The Day: Wimpy

Having went to sleep really-really late last night.. (marathon top-gear).. sbb esoknye cuti..pastu takde kelas lak tu kan.. so.. this morning..when I woke up..and as usual tgk Cybertracker.. I came across this one movie.. tajuknye.. "Diary of a Wimpy kid"..

"Wimpy".. perkataan tu macam pernah dgr somewhere somehow.. tapi di mana ya?.. so..as usual lah.. to answer the curiosity.. kite pun google the net lah.. and this one picture..a cartoon character came out.. "memang mcm pernah tgk sebelum ni.." turns out.. it is one of the character in one of the famous old cartoon series "Popeye".. remember him?.. this one gentlemen that likes to eat hamburgers all the time.. sape2 yg kecik2 dulu tgk cite Popeye ni maybe tau lah... but that's not the case that I'm trying to say actually... its about the movie that I've mentioned that I came across...
