Next, we have 'sub-units'. Sub-units are part of a smaller group from a larger group. Technically, they are still part of that larger group, but they 'go out' from that larger group and form a smaller group, and form their own concept or image. It gives the opportunities for members in these sub-units to show expand their talents and skills. Here are some of those sub-units.
